Carrots and Bread

Carrots and Bread

by Heriberto Espino

My family is a family that is not normal.
We work out of the field
And plant carrots, wheat and also

We live in a small house.
My family and I
Eat Carrots and bread.
We drink a little water.
We use marbles to entertain us.
We don’t have tv and wifi.

When we work in the field it’s always hot
And we also get sunburns.
We ride horse, not vehicles.
My mom also cleans our little house
But sometimes I help her.

My dad also waters the plants
And I help him rake the leaves off.
